The service we have received since the moment we walked into the show room to the fitting of the carpet has been amazing. We have been constantly informed of all the updates to our order, and the after sales customer service has been second to non. I would not go anywhere else for my flooring ever.

We had excellent service from Colin at the Wellingborough branch. He was attentive, took his time to explain the different types of carpets and was very helpful. He also came for a home visit and was just great! A real asset to the company. Thanks again Colin!

We were pleased to see Colin (TAPI Consultant) today. He was very, very knowledgeable and offered us options and advice based upon his extensive experience.
We placed an order for a wood effect LVT flooring on the spot in the belief that we are in safe hands.

TAPI Salisbury UK. Re-carpeted the entire house and new kitchen floor. Danny at Salisbury branch was exceptional! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he helped us choose what was best for our needs and budget without any sales pressure. No problem when we made a few changes, nothing was too much trouble. Carpets and flooring fitted today(8 Feb 23) and they look great. I highly recommend TAPI as you will find good quality product, friendly and expert staff and all at a good price.

Everyone at Tapi has been so helpful, from Jason in the showroom and the guy who came to measure up to Scott, the fitter, who did a brilliant job.
We are thrilled to bits with our new flooring, it looks just as we imagined.
It was also well worth paying a bit extra for the old carpet to be taken up - Scott did that much more quickly than we could have done and we didn;t have the hassle of taking it all to the tip.

Right from our visit to Ruislip store, Tina the sales person was very helpful in showing us the products and recommending them. The guy who came for measurements was knowledgeable and explained us exactly how many boxes will be required. We went for the finance option and it all went smoothly. The LVT tiles Consolio Pearls were delivered to Brent Cross and David at Brent Cross store is an amazing person. He not only helped us store the tiles in their store room until we were ready to pick up but was very accomodating. i've reordered some more tiles now and David was as much helpful

Nick was great today, he was very relaxed and incredibly knowledgable. I was a first time buyer of carpets and that made me quite nervous. Nick helped guide me towards my budget and kept quality in mind. We also had an awesome chat about animals! It was just a great service all round, really.

Dean was extremely helpful when assisting me in choosing my carpet. So much choice it can be overwhelming but his knowledge and expertise made my decision far easier. Nick, who fitted the carpet for us, has done a fantastic job and was extremely polite and professional, even phoning ahead to advise when he would be with us - great service from all at Tapi, we are very impressed and will certainly be using them again.

All very easy.

They fitted my stair/hall carpet over 4years ago, so went back to match this carpet into 3, of my bedrooms, as worn so well and stil beautiful.
Service was excellent from the beginning, in finding me still on the system and matching my carpet, no problem and superb service followed through to the end with superb fitters,super efficient,quick, tidy and careful in avoiding my new wallpaper.
With the excess I had 4 mini door and car Matts made up, so no waste!

It was very easy to contact Tapi and they were very quick to arrange for Lester to visit at home with samples and to take measurements. Lester kept me informed of when he was going to arrive and it was so convenient to have a home visit. He was very friendly and professional and was able to exactly match the carpet to another one that we had fitted recently in another room by another company.
I'm very happy with everything so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tapi to anyone.

We booked a home appointment online, Paul Scully came to see us a few days later with a wide selection of samples at various price levels. We placed our order on the14th January and they were fitted yesterday, 7th February by Mark & Antony, who did an outstanding job, they moved furniture and carefully put it back; what amazing service from start to finish. Mikey & Richie were top class in terms of fitting, advice and solutions to problems and left the house tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend!

From my first phone call to the service in store Justin from Tapi made the whole experience easy.
He explained the quote and checked whether I was happy with each item on the quote and is ensuring I get my vinyl floor fitted as soon as possible this week.

Great experience from my first step into the Tapi store at Fort Kinnaird , salespeople only approached when I had a question, their advice on a suitable carpet was excellent , got my rough size and quote on my sizes supplied , they then organised to have my sizes checked ( just to be sure ) and once sizes were confirmed , carpet was ordered and fitted in the matter of a few weeks and I couldn't be happier with the job the carpet fitters made , I would highly recommend Tapi to anyone thinking about a new carpet 5* , 6 if there was an option ?
